Like they’ve been doing for over a year now, the beloved restaurant is offering what they call a Pancake of the Month. Folks have been loving this option so far, but the Valentine’s themed pancakes for February may very well be the best. As you’d expect, these pancakes are super sweet — and how could they not be for February? Chocolate and strawberries are synonymous with Valentine’s Day. Plus, the cheesecake filling is said to help balance the sweetness with a bit of tang.
