A-list stars graced the red carpet of the SAG Awards on February 24th, and they were donning their most glamorous attire. But in our eyes, Hannah Waddingham won the Best Dressed award thanks to a special something her daughter created for the big day.
Hannah arrived at the ceremony wearing a glittering burnt orange gown. The floor-length dress was form-fitting and had a slit up to her thigh. She paired her look with diamond statement earrings, a tennis bracelet, and loose blonde waves.
But neither the gown nor the diamonds were catching the attention that day. Instead, fans and interviewers were praising Hannah Waddingham’s purse—which was designed by her 9-year-old daughter, Kitty.
Hannah Waddingham Shows Off Her “Goes With Everything and Nothing” Bag
As Hannah was making her way into the ceremony, she stopped to show off her adorable and stylish accessory to a reporter with Glamour, and she was beaming with pride.
“My daughter has contributed my evening bag for the night,” said Hannah Waddingham as she held it on display.
The small, clutch was created out of cardboard, and it had the word “Epic” written on the side. Kitty also colored some “rainbow detail” on the side.
“There was a spare bit of cardboard in the house,” she continued. “Look at the rainbow detail. Look, it’s a one-love evening bag.”
Hannah said her daughter didn’t know what kind of dress she was accessorizing, so she designed something that would fit all looks.
“She kinda hazard a guess and put all the colors so it would go with everything,” she added. ” Do you know what she called it? ‘Mommy, it’s like you say, It’s your goes with everything and nothing bag.”
We think Kitty has a future in fashion design! And she has the perfect model to show off her work!
