A good workout can be pretty exhausting, but there’s no pain in just watching other people exercise, right? Well, this group of teenage gymnasts is proving that, sometimes, it hurts just to watch others work out.

In their incredibly viral video, these girls do a coordinated ab workout set to Bruno Mars’ hit song, “Uptown Funk,” and it’s making our entire body ache just watching it.
The routine starts out okay.

Then the song’s tempo changes, and so do they…

We’ve got some pilates going on. Still just getting warmed up, I see. At this point, we’re all thinking, “Gee, I should do this more often. I could do that.”
But wait… there’s more.

Oh, crud. Now they’re doing these weird sit-up yoga moves in time to the music, and have you heard this song? It’s really fast-paced!
My face has officially gone full “Confused Britney.”

Now they’re just showing off! Not only are they doing some sort of full-body flex using muscles that most of us don’t even have, but these fit girls are managing to make all of this effort seem graceful! Look at those pointed toes!
