This Singer’s Breathtaking Gospel Cover Is Making Everyone Want To Join The Chorus.

singer Gymani on The Voice

On the Top 13 Live Playoff episode of the 21st season of “The Voice,” one singer put the fear of God into the remaining contestants by pulling off a spectacular cover of a gospel favorite. Gymani, who is competing on coach Kelly Clarkson’s team, belted out a soulful version of Travis Greene’s “Made A Way,” and it was utter perfection!

Gymani is 23 and hails from Atlanta, Georgia. The single mom of two discovered her soulful roots naturally; she was born and raised in the church, where her parents were both ministers. Her entire family loves music, and she grew up participating in band and chorus, both at school and at home. A few years ago, she got into Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, but she was unable to attend due to financial constraints. Instead, she brought her talent to “The Voice,” and she’s hoping the show will launch her full-time music career.

With performances like this one, we feel certain fame will happen for her one way or another! Watch Gymani belt out “Made A Way” in the video below, and don’t forget to share this story to make someone smile.
