In April 2023, Kaci Wilson was pulling into the driveway with her three sons when a truck plowed into her minivan. Tragically, her 4-year-old Myles Godfrey suffered a traumatic brain injury and passed away. Kaci decided to donate her son’s organs in the hopes of saving another life. Myles’ heart went to a little boy named Saleh Ahmad, according to People. In May 2025, Kaci married Gavin Wilson, and Saleh came as a surprise guest. Before the ceremony, the 7-year-old’s parents asked if Kaci would like to listen to her son’s heartbeat with the stethoscope they brought.
