Legends Unite For An “All-Star Salute To Lee Greenwood” Just In Time For America’s Birthday

Lee Greenwood

For many Americans, July 4 is their favorite day of the summer. They deck themselves out in stars, stripes, and all the red, white, and blue they can handle. It’s also the time of year when you can count on lots of patriotic music. In 1984, Lee Greenwood gave us God Bless the USA, and America was never the same. The song is considered an anthem for those who love their country. Lee is celebrated as a hero for putting the pride Americans feel into words. Great American Media announced a new special,  An All-Star Salute to Lee Greenwood, will begin streaming exclusively on Great American Pure Flix. And it arrives just in time for America’s birthday.

The Lee Greenwood Salute Features Big Names In Music

Lee Greenwood’s music makes many proud of their American freedom, and several stars came together to celebrate. The special boasts performances from stars like Michael W. “Lee Greenwood is a quintessential part of celebrating our beloved nation’s birthday. Lee’s anthem ‘God Bless the U.S.A.’ has united generations of Americans, and there is no better way to honor the spirit of July 4 than with the voice behind the anthem who continues to inspire pride in our country and gratitude for our freedoms,” Great American Media CEO and President Bill Abbott said in a statement. “As America 250 approaches, families are craving the traditions and faith that anchor us – Judeo-Christian values of love, unity, and service. These roots shape the kinds of entertainment we make at Great American, calling for conversations that celebrate our shared heritage and uplift the human spirit.”

God Bless the USA.
