Becky Ruvolo has been a mom to Julianna and Gabriella Ruvolo for 12 years, but now it’s official!
For Mother’s Day, these identical twins worked together to create the best gift their stepmom could ever hope for. They created a photo album that highlighted some of the best moments their family has had throughout the years. Most importantly, however, there was a note at the end that included a very important question: Will you adopt us?
“Happy Mother’s Day, Mom,” the note read. “There aren’t enough words in the world to thank you for what you’ve done for us. For the past 12 years, you taught us the true meaning of unconditional love and shown us what a mother’s love should be. More than that, you’ve become our best friend, someone we can depend on, and someone we can look up to and strive to be like as we grow.”
In a video capturing Becky’s reaction to her gift, she can be seen reading the note aloud. But as soon as she gets to the very important question, she becomes speechless.
“Really?” she asked before sobbing into her hands.
The three of them embraced before Julianna and Gabriella gifted her one more surprise: The paperwork needed to make the adoption official!
“Give me a pen!” Becky demanded jubilantly.
