Rugby Player Flexes His Muscles To Rescue A Sheep From Barbed Wire.

When former Australian rugby player Nick “Honey Badger” Cummins noticed an animal in trouble as he drove by, he didn’t hesitate to come to its rescue.

Once he was able to get closer, he realized that a sheep had gotten itself trapped inside a barbed wire fence. The poor creature was jumping around like crazy in an attempt to get free, so Cummins gently calmed it down. Once it was safe for them both, he began separating the wire from the sheep’s horns. But once he freed the sheep from the wire, Cummins had a new challenge: keeping the nervous animal away from the road and placing it back on the other side of the fence.

Using a method Cummins believes puts sheep in a sort of “hypnotized state,” he was eventually able to lift the animal and place it safely on the other side. As soon as he let go, the sheep took off, baaing as if to say, “Thank you, kind stranger!” Fittingly, Cummins responded with, “You’re welcome!”
