When Birdcall opened its first location in Denver in 2017, it never imagined it would take off so quickly. Birdcall Plans to Open Nearly 100 Locations
Birdcall sees significant potential in the Midwest and plans to open 85 new locations over the next five years.
Indiana – 10 to 15 restaurants across Indianapolis, Bloomington, Evansville, and Fort Wayne
Kansas – 5 to 7 restaurants across Wichita and Topeka
Missouri – Up to 18 restaurants across St. Louis, Columbia, and Kansas City
Nebraska – 7 to 10 restaurants across Omaha and Lincoln
Ohio – Up to 30 restaurants across Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Toledo
Wisconsin – 10 to 14 restaurants across Milwaukee, Madison, and Appleton

Birdcall currently has 17 locations in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas, with an additional 20 locations in various stages of development.
