Bring joy into the world by dancing your heart out with your family, and dedicating your moves to those impacted by or fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic. Your family video could be featured on InspireMore for millions to see, AND you could win $10,000 for your family or to gift to a family or charity of your choice in this time of need.

The Challenge Overview:

Record a video of you and your family dancing to a fun song!  Keep it around 1 minute long and make sure to challenge another family to do a dance video like you and follow the posting guidelines highlighted below (“challenge message” must be included to be entered to win). The winner will receive a $10,000 prize to use to help those affected by the COVID pandemic: this could be a neighbor in need, a non-profit doing great work, a health-care worker you want to celebrate, your own family, etc.

It is that easy to bring joy to the world. The dancing part… not so simple.

The Rules:

1. Record – Record a video of you and your family dancing to a fun song. You can use your own phone, services like Tik Tok, or the Think Native button at the bottom of this page.  The video must around 1 minute long, no longer than 2 minutes

• Song Choice –  Whatever song brings your and your family joy. Just do it together, on screen, and keep it G-Rated! These are families.
• Shout Out – Give a shout out to the workers, charity, or family that you believe is tackling COVID and needs help. Example – “We are the Smiths, dancing for Feeding America…”
• Challenge – Can your friends dance better than you? Let’s see, challenge another family to a dance off, and spread the joy!

2. Post – Post your video to Facebook or Instagram, challenge at least one other family to participate by tagging them, and include “challenge message” in your post.

• Here is an example. NOTE: the “challenge message” (the bolded part below) must be included in your post to be eligible to win.
• “Alright, @Tim Johnson, you and your family are challenged!  We are dancing for our neighbors and Feeding America!
  To join the challenge, create your own video and paste this: “I’m joining the #familydancepartychallenge created by @InspireMore to spread joy and help those in need. The winner will receive a $10,000 prize to use to help those affected by the COVID pandemic: this could be a neighbor in need, a non-profit doing great work, a health-care worker you want to celebrate, your own family, etc. Paste this message to be eligible to join in!  Let’s spread some joy, world!

3. Win – Most liked videos will be featured on InspireMore to drive spread more love and joy. The video that receives the most likes, shares, and positive comments will receive a $10,000 gift that they can keep or pass on to the charity or family that they feel needs their generosity most.
