Exemplar Luxury Group to Bring New Life into High-End Brands

Exemplar Luxury Group

On January 13, 2026, one of the United States’ oldest and most iconic retailers filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Saks Global, the parent company of Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman, closed dozens of stores. On June 26, the company announced a rebirth and a brand-new name. The parent company will now be Exemplar Luxury Group. It will focus on, you guessed it, luxury retail and unmatched customer service.
