Ex-Racehorse Is So Excited For Therapy He Celebrates With Adorable Routine.

ex racehorse loves rolling in dirt

Prinz Harry was just four years old in November 2014, when he stumbled and fell while competing in a race. The horse was so young and had shown so much promise up to that point, but when his owners discovered he also suffered from an irregular heartbeat, they knew the thoroughbred Arabian’s career was over.

That door closed, but amazingly, another one opened. The majestic horse found a new calling and life at Mane Intent. Prinz Harry lives among a herd of 10 horses at the equine therapy center in Indian River, Ontario.

First responders and others who have suffered emotionally feel a particular affinity for Harry, who’s known at the center as the “Master of Reinvention.”

“Harry teaches us that unexpected set backs and life changes can lead to new directions. If your life is in transition, then this Prinz is ready to work with you to explore new opportunities and the art of reinvention,” his bio says on The Mane Intent site.

But Prinz Harry isn’t all work all the time. In fact, he begins each therapy session in a very unique way.
