The Instagram user originally shared this clip of her grandmother returning home after she spent some time in the hospital. Rather than tell her husband that she was coming, she decided to surprise him! We see that he’s taking a nap at first, but as soon as he spots his beloved wife, his mouth falls open in surprise. He struggles to get out of bed and rushes straight into her open arms.
