Ehrlich Ocampo knew he was taking a risk when he left his home in the Philippines to audition for “America’s Got Talent.” But despite those who called him crazy for pursuing his dreams, he knew it was a risk worth taking.
As a circus performer, Ehrlich is quite familiar with going against the grain.
“People thought I was crazy. I didn’t think I’ll make it here,” he told the celebrity judges. “But my friends and family, they supported me, and they inspired me to fight. I am here fighting for myself, my family, my friends, my community, my country.”
Taking a leap of faith can be scary, but this one certainly paid off! People like Ehrlich are showing us all what is possible when we take a chance on ourselves.
