The simple– yet totally awesome– phrase, “Don’t be a poot mouth,” is advice from mom Melissa Bradley, passed on to us through her sassy daughter. Melissa posted the video of her daughter explaining the phrase on Facebook, saying “Being a parent is hard. Conversations start and in that moment you aren’t sure how to possibly respond, on the spot without a manual. How do you talk about bullies with a 7 year old?”
It turns out– even without a manual– Melissa’s talk with her daughter left an impression, and now her little girl wants to share Mom’s advice with the rest of the world. “Listen,” the adorable child says in the video below, “there’s a lot of mean people in this world. And you don’t want to be one of them!”
