Doggy Daycare Tests Pups’ Athleticism With Adorably Hilarious Results.

Dogs are known for being quite athletic creatures. But if you’ve ever had one of your own, there’s a chance you’d argue that your pup is the exception. That’s because, like humans, not every dog is made for a life of athletic prowess — and that’s okay! We all have our own unique, special talents. With that said, a Canadian doggy daycare thought it’d be fun to put their pups to the test.

Located in Regina, Fella & Fetch is unique in that it’s a 24-hour canine care facility. Here, they offer daycare, overnight boarding, training, and grooming. The folks who work here truly seem to love dogs, which is exactly why they set up a simple obstacle to see how their daycare pups would react.

Using what seems to be black tape, the workers at Fella & Fetch create a small barrier in a doorway. This gives the dogs who come across it two options: jump over the tape or crawl under it. Fourteen dogs were put up to this challenge and not a singe one disappoints, no matter their chosen method.

In fact, I have to say that my favorites are the ones who go with secret option three: simply not leaving the room. Murphy in particular can’t be bothered to play along with his humans’ shenanigans.

“Murphy knows a trap when he sees one and no one is changing his mind,” one comment reads.

“How does it feel to be working my dream job?” another person writes.

But it seems that the employees of Fella & Fetch very much understand that their jobs come with some pawsitively adorable perks.

“We have way too much fun with these stinkers,” they happily admit.
