We all know Starbucks for its vanilla lattes and delicious pumpkin loaf (trust me… try it!). But we have to tip our hats to its employees too..
Apparently, the coffee company is prepared for any and all types of customers – in this case, a woman who is hard of hearing.
Usually it would be incredibly difficult for her to order her drink, but this wonderful barista popped up on the screen and found a way to do so… by using sign! We still aren’t sure if this is a company-wide initiative, a local innovation or a hoax. But the thought is incredible either way!
