D’Anna Capriotti was able to come home early after being deployed overseas, so she seized the opportunity to give her parents the best surprise ever!
Because her mom Hayley was at work when she arrived, the first person she surprised was her dad. Then the father-daughter duo made their way to Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, New Jersey, where Hayley works in the ER.
This isn’t the first time D’Anna has been deployed with the U.S. Air Force, but it was her longest time away from home at four months, so they knew they needed to capture the special moment on camera – and it’s a great thing they did! When Hayley made her way around the corner, it took the mom a moment to spot her daughter. We can tell the exact second it happens by the way she literally screams and runs toward her. She even jumps into her arms!
