The Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders are iconic. Since their debut in 1961, 900 of the best cheerleaders in the National Football League have donned the iconic blue and white DCC uniform. The outfit has remained nearly unchanged since the beginning, with minor tweaks here and there. Since 1991, Kelli Finglass, who cheered for DCC from 1984 to 1989, has served as DCC’s director. Judy Trammell, who cheered from 1980 to 1984, has worked as DCC’s choreographer. Together, Kelli and Judy have created a powerhouse that’s launched “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders” on Netflix. Recently, DCC paired with Dallas-area jeweler Kendra Scott for new earrings as part of the official DCC uniform.

Kendra Scott and DCC are a Match Made in Heaven
Per a release obtained by USA Today, Kendra Scott worked with DCC to create a new line of Dallas Cowboys-inspired jewelry fit for America’s Sweethearts.
“Uniforms tell a story before we ever dance. In the world of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, every line, every color and every stitch has purpose. When you include a piece of jewelry, it isn’t about decoration, it’s about intention,” Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Director Kelli Finglass shared in the release. “The best accessories don’t distract from the uniform, they refine it. The Kendra Scott Bella stud is like a final touch that makes the whole picture feel complete.”
Kendra Scott describes the earring as, “Simple yet stunning, the Bella Silver Stud Earrings are the ideal everyday piece you can easily dress up or down. Featuring a round pendant dusted with cubic zirconia accents and a custom-cut crystal in our iconic Elisa shape at its center, these earrings will earn a permanent spot in your rotation. Try pairing them with the Bella Short Pendant Necklace for a perfectly coordinated look.”
The new Kendra Scott collection matches the DCC spirit beautifully and offers everything from earrings to necklaces to a silver and blue star cuff. If you’ve ever wanted to be a part of DCC, the collection is available online now.
