Greg Reed and his wife are trying their hardest to remain flexible while parenting their teenage daughter.
In a video that has gone viral on TikTok, Greg explains that he and his wife get together regularly to hold “strategy meetings” about how to cope with their daughter’s ever-changing moods and phases.
“We figured out that, right now, she’s in her opposite mode,” Greg explains in the video. “So, anything we tell her – she wants to do the opposite. So, we just had a strategy meeting on what to tell her to get her to do the things we want her to do.”
Greg concludes by saying they “don’t know how long this will last,” and letting us know that they’ll have another strategy meeting next week to “see if anything has changed.”
If that isn’t flexibility in parenting, we don’t know what is!
