Caring for a pet with a disability takes patience and dedication. In a TikTok video that is rapidly going viral, a woman named Jooseline shared the adorable way her father helps one of their pups live his best life, and it’s too precious for our hearts to handle.
The family has several dogs, including one named Canelo. Canelo has hypertrophic osteodystrophy, a disease that makes it difficult for him to run and play with his friends. To combat this, Jooseline’s dad carries Canelo in his arms and jogs around the yard so he can feel like part of the pack.
“My dad lets him enjoy the time as much as the others,” Jooseline wrote.
Judging by the huge smile on her dad’s face, we can’t tell who loves their playtime more. What a beautiful way to make sure his pet feels included!
