Dress Up Your Pet Day was this week, and Courteney Cox’s dogs could not be more excited! Well… maybe.
Courteney Cox posted a clip of her and her dogs out in the driveway. She decked out her pups in old-person attire, which created an absolutely hilarious effect. From glasses to canes, these canines were looking sharp.
But her dog, Bear, looked less than thrilled. While Lily seemed to be having a nice time, the cameraperson zoomed in on Bear’s deadpan look.
Dress Up Your Dog Day comes only once a year, and Courteney Cox needed to make the most of the celebration. But Bear probably would’ve preferred to skip it.
“They love this holiday!” Courteney captioned the post, playfully winking at the truth that… they maybe do not. But clearly, they aren’t in distress either!
A few fans pointed out that this celebration was exactly counter to Courteney’s Friends character’s opinion.
“Wait!! Wasn’t this Monica’s biggest pet peeves….animals dressed up as humans?!” they commented.
Courteney Cox is certainly aiming for some irony with this hilarious Dress Up Your Dog day post. I’m sure Bear and Lily are glad this day only comes once a year!
