One couple has come up with a fresh take on an old tradition, and their way certainly looks like a good time! Emily Nelson (Wattles) shared via TikTok that she and her husband weren’t thrilled at the prospect of shoving cake into each other’s faces, so they decided to try something else. Standing a few feet apart, the bride and groom tossed small pieces of cake at each other and attempted to catch them in their open mouths. Their wedding photos show them having so much fun!
“New cake cutting tradition?” Emily joked in her caption. However, judging by the reaction in the comments section, this practice could actually catch on!
