Cop Went Undercover As Disabled Homeless Man, But What This Man Did He Never Could Have Expected.

Sergeant Mark Horsley of the Vancouver Police Department went undercover in response to several reports of disabled homeless being robbed and assaulted on the streets of downtown Vancouver.

During his five days on deployment, Sergeant Horsley interacted with dozens of individuals who could have taken advantage of him, but instead found a glimpse of hope in an presumably tragic situation.

While he was on the streets, Sergeant Horsley played the part of a wheelchair-bound man with brain damage. Though he started his mission expecting the worst, what he experienced instead was nothing short of incredible.
