We are days away from September, which means that it’s basically Halloween, right? According to the Coca-Cola company, we’re right on track for the spookiest season of the year. In 2026, Coca-Cola is doing something totally new. “Fanta’s Haunted Universe, an original entertainment world bringing together new characters, original storytelling, and spooky surprises for a new generation of horror fans,” debuted on August 26, 2026, per a news release. This Halloween, fans can meet these characters and collect them on special edition cans of Fanta.

Fanta Will Soon Drop Ghost Face Punch
Fanta’s limited-edition Ghost Face Punch is a berry-flavored soda sure to delight horror fans.
“At the heart of Fanta’s Haunted Universe are four original characters inspired by classic Halloween legends, each with their own unique powers and personalities. This Halloween, fans will meet these characters for the first time and can collect them on limited-edition Fanta cans, alongside the newest and most iconic addition to the universe: Ghost Face. As the first horror icon to enter Fanta’s Haunted Universe, Ghost Face marks a unique crossover that unites two beloved symbols of Halloween, bringing fans an exciting new way to celebrate the season,” Coca-Cola shared.
Fans have already seen Ghost Face Punch popping up at retailers, and they love the new flavor.
“I got mine today… It taste good,” a fan shared on Instagram.
This person agreed, writing, “Found it at Walmart, was cheaper than Amazon. Taste is good nothing beats the beetlejuice Fanta.”
This person missed out on the Ghost Face Punch, thinking it was another flavor, and now has to go back and grab their own. “Wow I seen them at my store already and thought it was just grape,” they wrote.
