When Sean and Christine met through Bumble in December 2020, they instantly recognized that they had discovered something special.
Within a year, Sean took Christine on an ice-skating date at Rockefeller Center, a fitting choice for the hockey player. They had such a special time there during the holidays that, when it came time for Sean to plan the perfect proposal, he knew exactly where he should pop the question. Best of all, Christine had no idea what he had in store!
Sean’s plan began when it was announced that everyone needed to clear the ice so it could be cleaned. In reality, though, they were getting everyone to leave so that Sean and Christine could have the entire rink to themselves! Christine must have been incredibly confused when Sean insisted they stay on the ice, but as soon as he (skillfully) got down on one knee and “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran began to play, she knew exactly what was happening!
