Claire Graves lives in New York, but her sister, Nathalie Graves, lives all the way across the country in San Francisco, California. The siblings haven’t been able to see one another in 18 long months, so in the weeks before Natha’s birthday, Claire secretly began planning a trip to come visit her.
She took a video of her cross-country adventure and shared it on Instagram, where it quickly went viral. In it, Claire reveals the moment that Natha comes to the door and sees her sister standing there.
