Joe Sullivan, who is 18 years old and works at their Melrose location, could not help but jump with joy when he finally got his very first paycheck – a paycheck that means more than just money. This paycheck shows the impact of the inclusion of a group that is statistically employed less.
“I say it every time I leave here, I leave with a full heart,” said Joe’s mother, Tonya.Â
Bitty & Beau’s has more than 20 locations across the United States and is working to expand even more. We cannot wait to see these coffee shops on every corner!
