Bruce Willis is celebrating his 69th birthday today (March 19) with his family by his side.
Bruce’s wife, Emma Heming Willis, posted a tribute to him on Instagram this morning. It shows the actor cuddling with a baby, possibly his granddaughter, Louetta. He’s taking in the beautiful moment with his eyes closed and a smile on his face.
“Just like you, we simply adore him,” she captioned. “What you might not know, but maybe you could imagine, that being wrapped in his arms is the safest place in this whole wide world. He’s a true gentle-man. With so much love to give and share. That’s what I get to see, his true core. I can tell you, it’s so pure and ever so good.”
“Happy Birthday my love,” she concluded. “You are the gift that keeps giving 💞.”
Bruce Willis has been struggling with frontotemporal dementia for several years. Because of the diagnosis, he retired from acting in 2022. He has since opted for a private life with his close, blended family by his side. Bruce is the father of daughters Rumer Glenn Willis, 35, Scout LaRue Willis, 32, and Tallulah Belle Willis, 30, with his ex-wife, Demi Moore. He is also the father of Evelyn Willis, 9, and Mabel Willis, 11, with Emma.

The women in his life came out in full force to celebrate his special day. Rumer also posted a tribute to “the funniest, most tender, charming, out of this world silly talented and magical papa” on Instagram.
“Oh Daddio, to be loved by you is such a gift,” she wrote alongside a carosel of photos. ” Looking through these photos this morning I am just filled with the deepest gratitude that we chose to spend this life together. I am your first baby and man sometimes I wish I could be tiny enough to just cozy up on your chest again and laugh and cuddle you.”
“I love you so deep in my bones I don’t know how my muscles hold them,” she continued. “You are the greatest papa I could ever hope for. Thank you for your generosity, your silliness and heart. Lou loves you so big

Demi Moore shared several photos of Bruce Willis for his birthday, as well. One shows her holding his hand and having conversation in his home. The second shows Bruce bonding with Louetta, and the third is a throwback of Bruce with his three daughters when they were little girls.
