Sometimes, just saying, “I love you,” to the people you care about most simply isn’t enough.
When it came time for Lisa James’ oldest child to go back to college, he couldn’t leave without letting his little brother know how much he adores him. The adorable baby boy seemed totally focused on his delicious snack, but the moment he heard those three little words, nothing else mattered more than screaming, “BYE BYE!” and, “I LOVE YOU!”
The two of them went back and forth like this for a while, increasing their volume and laughter each time. They were so committed to keeping it up for as long as possible that, even once the oldest son had walked out the door, his faint voice could still be heard. We don’t know long it will be until they can reunite, but it can’t come soon enough!
