“She’ll Be There With You.” Graduating Teen Receives Special Gift From Late Mom.

Brittney McIntire’s mom passed away from lung cancer 10 years ago. Her younger sister is about to graduate from high school, and the teen has been through a lot. It’s always hard to go through major life events without a loved one, so Brittany found a way to make sure their mother could be there on her sister’s big day.

Weeks before Mother’s Day, Brittney contacted the funeral home that handled their mother’s arrangements. They were able to locate a single copy of their mom’s fingerprint, which Brittney then used to create a keepsake necklace for her sister. She recorded a video of her sister receiving the necklace, and it’s heartbreaking and unspeakably beautiful at the same time. The teen’s reaction shows that even after all these years, their mom’s memory lives on in her children.

Watch her emotional reaction in the video below, and don’t forget to share this moving story.
