What she did was simple yet powerful: The bride wore her grandmother’s own wedding dress during her first dance.

Fittingly, Laura chose to share this particular first dance with her grandad. Best of all, Laura kept this as a surprise to her Grandmother. It wasn’t until the bride walked up to Grandma, already wearing her dress, that she realized what was happening.

As soon as Grandma sees that the bride chose to wear her wedding dress, she loses it. As you can imagine, Laura instantly bursts into tears as well. Once Laura makes it to the dance floor with Grandad, her grandmother makes her way to them. Together, all three of them dance.
