Family weddings are a wonderful time to reconnect with the most important people in our lives.
As Celeste Harte of Dardanelle, Arkansas prepared to say “I do” to her now-husband, Degan Harte, she had one special request for her videographer, Daylon Moore of Blue Shadow Films. She grew up sharing a very special bond with her grandfather, who she calls Pawpaw, and she wanted to meet him on a scenic bridge and show him her dress before the ceremony.
“I knew from our very first conversation just how important Celeste’s Pawpaw was to her,” Daylon wrote. “He told us many times how she was his little angel since the day she was born. Enjoy this moment from when he sees her for the first time in her dress.”
The video shows Celeste tapping Pawpaw on the shoulder, and before he even turns to see her he’s already fighting back tears! You can see and feel the love between the two of them as he tells her how beautiful she looks.
“You’ll never know how much Pawpaw loves you,” he says.
