Frantic Kid Misses Bus And Can’t Find Ride — Until This Tough Guy Steps Up.

It’s easy to judge a book by its cover, but as they say, it’s best not to do that. Some people might take one look at Brian Smith, for example, and assume he’s nothing but a tough guy, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.

When a young kid missed his bus to school, the boy frantically began knocking on doors in his neighborhood trying to find someone to take him to class. No one would drive him. When Brian opened the door for the determined student, we’re sure the kid didn’t know what to expect. But Brian did what no one else would.

Brian says in a Facebook post that his past was ” very, very rocky” and that he is “far from a saint,” but when a youngster came to him for help, he knew he had to do whatever he could for the kid.
