Jon Bon Jovi Pops Into Virtual Kindergarten Class For Epic Musical Surprise.

Michael Bonick, a teacher at Marsh Pointe Elementary in Palm Beach, Florida, was leading an online writing lesson with his kindergartners recently and wanted to show them how powerful their stories and poems could become.

They’ve been stuck at home because of the novel coronavirus, so their awesome teacher wanted to do something extra special to encourage them. That’s why he invited a unique guest onto their Zoom call – Jon Bon Jovi!

While these kids may be a little young to know the joy of rocking out to “Living on a Prayer,” they quickly discovered how cool it was to hear a legendary singer transform their words into music!

When Bon Jovi hopped on the call, he reminded them that their writing is incredibly important to the world. Not to mention, he told them he was proud of all their hard work! As if our hearts weren’t melting already, he then put some of their words to the tune of his new song, “Do What You Can.”

The adorable little ones were beaming as Bon Jovi sang about learning to ride a bike without training wheels and missing “daddy when he goes to work cause he must save the day.”

What a wonderful way to make these kids feel seen and heard. Not to mention, he definitely made their parents’ days! We are so thankful for Bon Jovi and all the educators out there who are doing so much to bring students joy during this uncertain time.
