She’s literally been all around the world showing off her talent on stage, but one of Beyonce’s most touching performances was in 2009 when she made a stop at the National University Hospital in Singapore. Her only intent was to bring smiles to the young patients fighting cancer. In order to do that, she gave a ‘private concert’ with her all-female band.

“We have all been traveling around the world, and touring, and performing, and I’ve met some incredible people,”she said earlier in the day before her show. “Before we perform tonight I wanted to meet the true superstars so we came here to do a little performance for all of you.â€
Singing her 2008 hit song, “Halo,” Beyonce’s incredible talent really shines through. It sounds just like the record version (maybe even better). And her talent brought a light to the entire room.
You can hear some patients singing along as their spirits lifted with every note. She left with a beautiful sentiment: “It’s amazing to be able to perform for all of you. We definitely see all of your halos. Thank you for inspiring us.â€
She had a million things going on that day to prepare for her concert, but by making that visit a priority, she filled these patients with so much joy.
