Chris Soriano’s dad is a huge fan of The Eagles. He’s listened to their music for years. During a particularly rough time battling cancer, he used the band’s music to pass the time during treatment. Chris knew how much his dad would love to see The Eagles perform in Las Vegas, but thought a trip to The Sphere was out of the question. But the doting son took a leap of faith, reaching out, and what happened next turned into one of the greatest moments of his dad’s life.

Chris Soriano Reached Out to The Eagles on Behalf of His Dying Dad
Knowing he had nothing to lose, Chris Soriano shared his dad’s story with the Eagles. Much to his surprise, they responded in a huge way. The Eagles sent Chris and his dad to Las Vegas to watch them live at the Sphere. He recorded a video breaking the news to his dad, and the entire room burst into tears.
“As my dad deals with cancer he would listen to the @eagles to help him get through it. I reached out to the Eagles to see if they could allow my dad to watch them at the @spherevegas in Las Vegas. He was so grateful and it didn’t end there. The @bellagio provided us with an experience we wouldn’t forget,” Chris shared on Instagram. “Thank you again to The Eagles, Bellagio, @jefezoff , and @creativeartistsagency for this experience.”
They headed to Las Vegas, and Chris Soriano’s dad got to see the Eagles live. The moment touched so many people’s hearts. Just seeing the man overcome with love and emotion brought a lot of tears.
“Bless him, he was so happy, what a wonderful way to celebrate him and his fight .. shout out for the Eagles and Bellagio,” someone wrote.
“This makes me so happy. I lost my dad when I was 16, and Eagles were our band. It was about this time last year, I got to see them too. It may have looked like I went alone, but I went with my dad too,” another person shared.
“We’re truly honored to have been part of such a meaningful and unforgettable experience for your family,” the Bellagio commented.
It’s clear Chris Soriano loves his dad just as much as he adores the Eagles. We’re so glad they had that moment together. Those sweet memories will last forever.
