Most of the time, visits to public bathrooms are a neutral experience at best. This beloved gas station can be found in three states: Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. That’s not many, and yet, HOP Shops has made quite an impression on folks from all over.

You see, HOP Shops don’t have regular bathrooms. They have what are often called disco bathrooms. To see the room transform, you first have to push a big red button. This button is located next to a sign that “warns” patrons to not touch it… watch the video below to experience what happens when you do!

“This is the second video I’ve seen of this bathroom and now I want to plan a trip just for this,” someone admitted in the comments. Others added, “Imagine someone [else is] in the bathroom and that goes off” and “This is the station I stop at everyday on my way to work. While it’s true that most people in the United States aren’t close enough to visit one of these gas stations, the concept of a disco bathroom is spreading. In fact, businesses other than HOP Shops are making disco bathrooms of their own!

Life is far too short to not make room for random moments of silliness and joy like this. That said, we do feel a bit spoiled by these disco bathrooms. Now normal ones just seem so boring…
