Although this bride’s late mother couldn’t be physically present on her big day, a live wedding painting shows that she was there in spirit! When the couple hired KVT Fine Art to create a portrait of their beautiful ceremony in real time, they asked the artist to include Mom, too. With the help of some reference photos, painter Kim-Vi Tran managed to reunite the bride with her mother through the live wedding portrait. However, as the artist worked to capture the moment, something truly incredible happened.
In a TikTok video, Kim-Vi shared that the partially outdoor wedding was unfortunately plagued on and off by rain. Because of this, though, a gorgeous rainbow appeared in the sky. Of course, everyone thought of the bride’s late mother. According to the painter, that’s when “we all knew her mom was there.” Kim-Vi included the rainbow above the deceased woman in her live wedding painting, making it even more magical.
“Even though she might not have any photos with her mom on her big day, they will always have this painting to remind them that she was there,” the artist wrote.
It just goes to show you that our loved one are always with us in some way. When this bride saw her late mother in the beautiful live wedding painting, she was overcome with emotion. Kim-Vi got a grateful hug from the happy couple for her incredible portrait!
