Shows like “American Idol” can make people’s wildest dreams come true!
Up until five years ago, a contestant who goes by Arthur Gunn lived in Nepal and hoped he could find a way to become a famous singer. Thanks to his incredible audition, it seems like he’s going to do just that!

In a video, we see him approach judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan. He seems a little nervous, but as soon as he begins his chosen song, they find out his voice is a deep, soulful masterpiece.
The only problems are that his stage presence needs a little work and his first song didn’t show off his full vocal range. So with a few tips from the judges, he tries again – and blows them away!
For his second performance, Arthur covers Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Have You Ever Seen The Rain.” This time, his confidence transforms him into an artist whose voice can send chills up anyone’s spine.

Arthur nails every note, greatly improves his stage presence with a charming smile, and leaves all three judges in a state of excited shock. At one point, Richie and Bryan high five, and Perry can’t keep herself from cheering!
While they put on a show of voting, they don’t need to. They all know he’s moving to the next round of the competition!
