Angel Rice is only 19 years old, but the Atlanta, Georgia teen is already setting world records. Angel has numerous titles under her belt, including two-time World Cheerleading Champion and countless national championship awards, so if there’s one piece of advice we can offer before you hit “play”on the video below, it’s to sit down – it might just give you vertigo!

Her passion and true calling is tumbling, a sport the aspiring Olympian turned her attention toward in 2012, after spending her childhood in the cheerleading arena.

And it looks like she’s well on her way to the Olympics. In 2015, Angel set a Guinness World Record by performing 11 double full twists in one minute.

But that’s nothing compared to her stunts below.

In the video, Angel performs a mind-boggling tumbling pass in the warm-up area of the 2014 All-Star Games, held in Las Vegas. She looks like a human Slinky as she pulls off a rapid series of flips, somersaults, and mid-air twists (in gymnastics lingo, she does a roundoff, back handspring, double back, three whip-backs, back handspring, and a double pike).

Angel started tumbling competitively five years ago but had years of practice leading up to that point. Following in the footsteps of her older sister, Angel began tumbling when she was just three years old. But classes are expensive, so to save money, her mom Tanya (pictured below) served as her coach for the first few years.

The video of her All-Star tumbling routine has been viewed millions of times in the last four years, and it’s no wonder. She’s undoubtedly inspiring her peers to continue working toward their own goals, and even if you’re not a gymnast yourself, this is the kind of payoff you get whenever you dedicate your heart and soul to anything!

One viewer said it all: “This girl has wings on her feet!”
