Singer Adele was performing at an event, surrounded by cameras and audience members. As she sang her hit, “When We Were Young,” she locked eyes with a familiar face and nearly burst into tears. That familiar face? Adele’s doctor! But this doctor had a special connection with her.
At first, she was surprised, but then she stopped singing and was overcome with emotion.
Then she said into the microphone, “Oh my god, Colin! This is the doctor that gave birth to my baby!”
She gave him a giant hug and the whole audience felt the love in her voice and gesture.
The power in her emotion was palpable, and even viewers of the clip felt her intense affection.
