That is exactly what Ashton Bowler did when she chose to surprise her niece at her kindergarten graduation. This special event took place a whole five hours away from Ashton, but she was not going to let that distance keep her from supporting her niece. Ashton’s niece starts to scan the room from the moment she walks inside, as do many of the other kindergarteners. They care about who all is there to support them, and it shows in their sweet, expectant faces. So, while this little girl did expect to see some of her family in the audience, she had no idea that Aunt Ashton would be there!

The look of pure joy on that adorable child’s face is absolutely priceless. It’s no wonder Ashton says that showing up for her niece was “worth every mile.”
