Kelly Clarkson’s career started when she won the first ever season of ‘American Idol.’ Since then, many winners and stars have emerged from the same show but none have managed to achieve or match Clarkson’s commercial success and album sales.
Before her hit singles dominated the charts (bringing her millions in record sales), Kelly spent a lot of time working hard and being in a state of homelessness. Soon after her move to Los Angeles, her new apartment burnt down! The singer – unemployed and broke at the time – was forced to live in her car or at shelters.
