Every once in a while, we stumble upon a physical reminder of the people who lived before us.

1. New home owners took off all of the heating vents to paint them. This cheeky note was found behind one. Classic Roy.

4. Someone found this message in a bottle with a note inside. “Please don’t open me, my ashes are on a journey, I started at Cumberland Island, so if you see me ashore, please snap a picture, email it & throw me back so I can travel some more.â€

6. Homeowners pulled the vanity away from the wall during a bathroom remodel and found this note from the previous owners.
