2. First 15 minutes- don’t reach for your phone yet, pause and use this time to set perspective.
The first 15 minutes set the tone for your day. Instead of jumping into the day’s schedule by looking at your phone in bed, spent this time reminding yourself of your life’s priority. Read a book you value. Journal for 5- 10 minutes. Do whatever it is that will give you life and slow your mind. Just like spaces give meaning to letters and sentences, pauses give meaning to your day. So pause in the morning, use the first 15 minutes to add value and perspective to your day.
