1. Fill your own cup first.
Before spreading love to others, we have to be kind to ourselves. Take care of your health by getting plenty of sleep, drinking water, and getting your blood flowing with some exercise. Don’t forget to make time for the things you love, from reading to enjoying the great outdoors.
2. Express gratitude.
Everyone likes to feel appreciated, so make it a habit to tell your loved ones why you’re grateful for them. Not only will this brighten their day, but it will also help you develop a positive mindset.
3. Do something thoughtful for your loved ones.
Nothing says “I love you” better than going out of your way to make the people you love smile! Tackle a chore they hate doing, surprise them with flowers or a homemade dinner, or pick up their favorite treat on the way home.
4. Reach out to show people you care.
Let friends and family members know you’re thinking of them. A simple call or text can make someone’s day, especially if they’re feeling lonely!
5. Prioritize quality family time.
Give the kiddos something to look forward to with a fun game or movie night! This will bring you all closer and help you stay connected.

With COVID-19 still spreading, it’s vital that we all do our part to protect our vulnerable neighbors. Please wear a mask, practice social distancing, and stay home whenever you can.
