Women Everywhere Are Freaking Out Over This 3rd Grader’s Poem On Femininity.

3rd grader poem

Kids have a crazy capacity for creativity and can express themselves in some of the most compelling ways.

A third grader is going viral online for one such expression: a poem called “The True Feminine” which totally nails what it really means to be a woman. Prepare for this eight, maybe nine-year-old to blow your socks off.

“I am not sugar and spice and everything nice.

I am music. I am art. I am a story. I am a church bell, gonging out wrongs and rights and normal nights.

I was a baby. I am a child. I will be a mother.

I don’t mind being considered beautiful, I do not allow that to be my definition.

I am a rich pie strong with knowledge. I will not be eaten.”

You can pick your jaw up from off the floor now.

Understandably, Twitter has been freaking out over the poem.

The woman who shared the poem in a now-viral tweet said she saw it elsewhere on Twitter originally but the poster blacked out the child’s name for privacy. That said, there’s no way we could prove that it’s really written by a child, but we like to think this little poet is 100% real… and she will not be eaten.

Share if you are a rich pie strong with knowledge!
