A high school student got the opportunity of a lifetime when she was asked to sing a duet with world famous actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth during a concert in St. Louis!
Kristin originated the lead role of Glinda in the 2003 musical Wicked, earning a Tony nomination the following year. She planned to perform “For Good” from the show at the sold-out concert, but she needed someone to sing Elphaba’s part. Just days beforehand, Kristin asked local 17-year-old student Natalie Brown to perform the duet. Never mind that they’d never met, much less rehearsed together.

It was a big leap of faith, but they totally nailed it.
Brown’s father, a radio host and columnist, couldn’t have been more proud of his baby girl.
