When this happens, there’s not much that drivers or passengers can do. Sure, there’s chatting and listening to music or a podcast, but being stuck in a car can get old rather quickly. Recently, someone went viral over the traffic jam they experienced. In this popular video, the driver explains that they had been stuck in the exact same spot for 30 minutes. Brutal, right? It was around that time, however, that someone decided to honk their horn… but in a musical way. Others joined in immediately, helping to turn this traffic jam into a mini concert. Humans really can be cute sometimes, as the caption of this post points out. Moments like these are special for a few reasons. For starters, many of us associate traffic jams, or driving in general, with road rage. It’s common to experience angry drivers on the road. So, to see this many people use their horn for a wholesome reason is oddly healing, in a lot of ways.
“Waiting for others to finish before continuing is so freaking cute,” someone points out in the comments, another person suggesting, “Now [everyone get] outside and reenact the La La Land scene.”
This wholesome moment is also inspiring others to share their own stories. One of them even started out as a more typical road rage situation: “One time I was angry [and] honking at a guy & he angry honked at me. We went back & forth until we laughed & then waved goodbye!”
